A 15.5-horsepower Briggs & Stratton engine powers a twin-blade 38-inch deck with more features than its value price would suggest. A fender shift hydrostatic transmission allows you to go forward or backwards without stopping. Gauge wheels on the deck prevent scalping of your grass in uneven terrain. Additional features include six-position cutting height adjustment, an 18-inch turning radius and comfortable 13-inch high-back seats. Like our other tractors, the LTH1538 has a welded frame and cast-iron front axle for greater durability.
